To ensure that you receive the full benefits of therapy and have the opportunity to truly engage in the healing process, I encourage clients to commit to a minimum of 6 sessions. From my experience, it can take up to 6 sessions for individuals to feel comfortable opening up and begin the deeper work that leads to lasting change and growth.
To secure your appointment, please make your payment via bank transfer before each session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 36 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client in need of support. If you cancel with less than 36 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled appointment, the full session fee will be charged, except in the case of emergencies.
